Using OvalJet’s patented closed-loop technology. Each garment is moved through a carousel of automated stations that pretreat, dry, and heat press garments in one smooth motion. OvalJet's Ricoh Gen 5 print heads lay down 600x1800 dpi of high quality ink for each image. This allows designers to experiment with colors, gradients, and photorealistic images.

Each item is individually inspected several times during the pre-treatment and printing process. Last quality control is done before ready garment is fully packed prior to shipping.
